The security of your data and the products shipped from our online store to your home is very important to us. Every part of the process is equally important from the use of our website to the delivery by our logistics partners.

•  As an official seller we purchase our products exclusively from manufacturers such as Rolex, Cartier or IWC. We do not buy used watches or watches provided by third parties.

•  Our online store is SSL-encrypted. Your data is transmitted securely and payment transactions via our payment service providers are also secured by the latest encryption methods. Our payment service providers, such as Stripe and PayPal make every effort to protect payment transactions against fraud. Transactions are also protected, for example, by 3D-Secure procedures or 2-factor authentication.

• The shipment of the goods with the transport service provider FedEx is free of charge and fully insured by us until the final handover to you as the customer.

•  The products are shipped by us in anonymized boxes or bags. There is no reference to the contents.

• We also protect the products in appropriate packaging so that they arrive in perfect condition. Products that are declared as dangerous goods, such as lighters, are not shipped by us and therefore cannot be ordered online.

• We will not pass on your data to third parties without your permission. We will only pass on your data for the purpose of product liability. Reviews of our website are made on an anonymous basis.
