Payment Methods for Your Online Order

Safety is a top priority at Celeb Jewellery. This especially applies to the security of payment transactions. In cooperation with the payment service provider Stripe and PayPal, we offer simple and secure cashless payment methods.

We will ship your order as soon as the payment is on our account.

The following payment methods are available in our Celeb Jewellery online store:

1. Payment by Credit or Debit Card

Select the option “Credit Card” in the “Payment & Shipping” section. The order amount will initially be stored on your card as a reservation until the order is either shipped or cancelled. Only then, will the amount be taken by us, or refunded in the case of a cancellation. We accept the following credit and debit cards:

Advice for placing your order: For your order to be processed successfully, please make sure that the payment limit on the account you’ve chosen to use is sufficiently high.

1.1 Payment with Visa or Mastercard

The payment providers check, among other things, whether the credit or debit card participates in the 3-D security programs like Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. These are security procedures that have been specially developed for these card types and check whether the cardholder and the online merchant are actually participating in a transaction. If your bank uses one of these methods, once you’ve entered the card data, an additional page will open, which is connected to your bank and which also asks you to enter the “Secure Code” (a password chosen by you). The transaction will only be executed if you supply the correct password.

If your credit card is not registered for any of these procedures, the payment will be processed without further authentication. For more information on credit card security procedures, please see:

Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode

Alternatively, a further authentication by fingerprint for mobile devices or a TAN number may also be requested during the order process. This so-called 2-factor authentication provides further security for your order.

1.2 Payment with American Express

The system checks whether the delivery address specified in the order is identical to the address stored with American Express as the billing address (this is the so-called Amex address verification system, or “AVS” for short). If the addresses do not match, you will be sent an additional email which asks you if you want to have the different delivery address stored with American Express. Your delivery will only be sent after successful authentication.

Important: For all payments by credit card or debit card the following applies, refunds from returns are always credited back to the credit card or account used for the purchase.

You may be subject to transfer and processing fees from your bank. In this case, Wempe will not refund the corresponding fees.

2. Payment with PayPal

Select “PayPal” in the order step “Payment & Shipping” and click “CONTINUE”. On the following “Review & Order” page you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal when you click on “Pay with PayPal now”. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Refunds from returns are always credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

3. ApplePay 

Apple Pay Apple Pay offers the simplest and most secure payment method for Celeb Jewellery purchases in Safari. This option is conveniently accessible at checkout for Safari users using Apple devices. For further details on using Apple Pay, please visit Apple’s website.
