We do our utmost to deliver the ordered products to you safely and within a short amount of time.
Our Secure Shipping Methods
Shipping within the USA is carried out by our trusted logistics partner Fedex. We reserve the right to choose the respective carrier based on the value of your order in order to ensure maximum protection of the transport.
Your orders will be packed safely and securely by us to protect them on their way to you. The boxes do not give any information about the contents from the outside. Watches bought from our watch brands are all delivered in the original box or packaging.
We are happy to gift wrap each item in your order separately just choose the option “Wrap as a gift” in the shopping cart. Our packaging is also largely plastic-free. If necessary, the transport service providers will transport them in a shipping bag.
All deliveries are insured against theft and damage, without exception. This insurance coverage is valid until the products are handed over to you as the customer and once that has been confirmed the coverage expires.
Return shipments with Fedex are also insured. A prerequisite for this is the registration of the return shipment via our customer service as described in the documents accompanying the delivery.

Shipping is only possible within the USA. We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post boxes, packing stations or hotels.
We process orders from Monday to Friday during business hours. As a rule, your orders are usually ready for dispatch no later than one working day after receipt of the order.
Delivery Time and Free Shipping
We do not charge shipping costs for orders made in the celeb jewellery online store.
We also bear the costs for returns with Fedex, as long as you contact our customer service department as described in the information accompanying your order, and we will then take care of everything else.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is registered in our systems and one of our trusted logistics partners has been assigned by us, you will receive a confirmation email for the delivery of the package to the carrier. This includes a tracking number that allows you to track the status of the delivery by the carrier at any time.
For deliveries with Fedex you can also specify the delivery time at the shipping address. To do this, simply follow the advice available on the websites belonging to the logistics partner.

Online and Telephone Purchases
All items purchased in-store or by telephone must be returned to us in the original box with all provided accessories, all original warranty cards and other provided materials, and with a copy of your invoice or gift receipt. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. We will accept qualifying items for refund, store credit or exchange, if received by us within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase.
